What it is
WhatsApp Business Calling lets customers call your WhatsApp Business number over the internet, and lets you call them back once they give permission. It runs on the same number as your chats.

Only customers who have given permission. You can ask for permission in the chat with a call permission request. Customers can withdraw it at any time.
Meta sets country availability for business calling, and the list changes over time. Whatsuite shows whether calling is available for your number and your customers' countries in Settings.
