Yes. Meta requires opt-in before you send business-initiated messages. Collect it clearly, say what you will send, and keep a record. Whatsuite stores the opt-in source and date on each contact.
Yes. Templates support variables such as {{1}} for a first name or an order number. Whatsuite fills them from contact fields at send time.
Each campaign has a live report with sent, delivered, read, clicked and replied counts. With a store connected, you also see orders and revenue linked to the campaign.
Meta charges per delivered template message, with rates that depend on the category and the recipient's country. Whatsuite passes these through at the rate shown on our rate card.
