A Meta feature that lets one number be used in the WhatsApp Business app and on the WhatsApp Business Platform (API) at the same time.
A few app features work differently once the number is connected, for example some features that rely on the app alone. Meta lists the current differences, and Whatsuite shows them during setup.
Messages you send from the app stay free. Messages sent through the API follow Meta's per-message pricing.
Availability depends on Meta and on your country. Whatsuite checks eligibility when you start the setup.
