What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We also use your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
Cookies we use
Necessary cookies are needed for the site and app to work, so you can't turn them off.

Preference storage remembers choices you make, such as your language (ws_locale), currency (ws_currency) and dismissed banners (ws_strip, ws_dismissed). It stays in your browser until you clear it.
Analytics and marketing storage is used only if you allow it. It records which campaign brought you to our site (ws_utm) and an anonymous visitor ID (ws_vid), so we can see which pages and campaigns work. We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on our website. If we add them, we will list them here, and they will run only with your consent.
Meta cookies when you connect a channel
When you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, the Whatsuite app opens Meta's Facebook Login window. Meta's own scripts and cookies then apply, under Meta's Cookie Policy.
Web chat widget
If a business puts the Whatsuite chat widget on its website, the widget stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser. This keeps your conversation with that business when you come back. The business is responsible for telling its visitors about it.
Your choices
- Change your choices at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, sign-in and forms will not work.
